Description

Mountain Maid Coffee is coarsely ground then steeped for around 16-20 hours. The cold brew process reduces the acidity of the coffee. It’s held in nitrogen kegs to maintain freshness and provide a cascading head of tiny bubbles. The nitrogen bubbles give the coffee a smooth, slightly sweet, creamy character even though there is no added cream or sugar. It’s just good ol’ coffee and water!
