We also have a Cold Brew coffee.

“Coffee is one of the most acidic drinks and for that reason some doctors and health professionals do not recommend it for their patients whose diets are already heavily acidic. but there is a process of making coffee that naturally results in a liquid elixir that has 70% less acid. It is called Cold Pressed, or Cold Processed Coffee. It is made by soaking coarsely ground freshly roasted coffee in cold water for 24 hours. It is potent, smooth tasting, energizing and can be served hot as well as cold.

Cold pressed coffee has 70% less acid and the flavor is remarkably smooth and rich with no bitter aftertaste. You can warm it up daily as your cup of hot coffee, and it is especially tasty iced or in blended coffee drinks.

Cold pressed coffeeʼs ready-made convenience makes it ideal for Cafeʼs wanting to serve excellent coffee without investing thousands of dollars in Espresso making equipment and the necessary training of staff. Cold pressed coffee arrives at your door already brewed, ready to drink, and will stay fresh in your refrigerator for 3 weeks.
Our cold pressed coffee is made from the finest organically grown 100% Arabica coffee from high elevation fair-trade farms.  Just 3 days after roasting the coffee is ready to be made. We grind our coffee coarse and then let it sit in cool water for 24 hours. After 24 hours the coffee elixir is strained and then bottled. This type of coffee is very healthy, great tasting, and packs an energy boost!  It is excellent to use in desserts, as well.

“I believe organically grown, fresh roasted and freshly ground Arabica coffee is a powerful tool for our brains and healthy for our bodies. When used in the proper doses, it is energizing and assists us in directing our attention and focusing our thoughts to be the powerful creative geniuses we came here to be! But donʼt take my word for it, test it for yourself and see if you can taste and feel the difference in your own mind and body. I think you will discover, as I have, that “Fresh Roasted Always Tastes Better!”.”
